Reciprocal content exchange
Of course, everyone knows about reciprocal link exchanges. But a new form of exchange is starting to take place. Webmasters trade content. Of course the content has a link to the webmasters site, or even has several links pointing to deep pages. This is a great way to get new content for your site, as well as new way to convince others to trade links. There is more benefit to both webmasters so the response level to your exchange emails could be quite high. Of course, you have to have some decent content to trade, and relevancy is still very important. But the next time you write an email asking for a link exchange, consider asking for content exchange instead.
