SEO table tricks
SEOs have long used the “table trick” to push the most important body text content to the top of the code, before the navigation information. This trick has long been documented at sites such as http://www.wordsinarow.com/tabletrick.html. I have found a few other pages that expand upon the table trick to accomodate different situations and thought I would pass them along. Check out http://www.seo-guide.com/tabletrick.html and http://www.larryswanson.com/SEO-table-trick.htm for a few advanced tips to expand upon the old table trick. I have long since switched to CSS, but for those of you who prefer to use tables for design and layout, you should definitely take a look at this.

If you are the first to "discover" any of my posts in StumbleUpon, one of the following categories would probably be the most appropriate to place it into. You don't have to choose one of these, of course, but based on what I usually write about, there's a good chance any of my posts will fall into one of these categories.
