Adsense now with direct bank deposit!
Google just announced new forms of payment. Publishers have been begging for direct bank deposit since the inception of Adsense, and now, with the soon-to-be competition from Yahoo!, we’ve gotten it! It is currently only available in 15 ocuntries, but that is a great start. There is also an option for courier delivery (for a fee). I am thrilled.
More Adsense news is that they now have a new ad display format. It looks like a small box of related links, that when clicked on, supposedly takes the user to a search page for the term in the link. I haven’t yet seen what the search page looks like, but the ad box looks like typical sidebar navigation links. Could be handy.
There are also some new terms in the TOS, but it is so long that I haven’t yet figured out what is new. If it’s anything important, I will let you know.
