Take a Break from SEO with a New York Nerd
Over at SEORefugee, a few of us got together to participate in Yahoo’s March Madness Sports Tournament Pick’em, which was basically a little competition to guess (er, pick) the winners of each game throughout the bracket. The winner of the SEOrefugee group would get a little link love from several of the members.
March Madness is now over, and the winner of the SEOrefugee group is the New York Nerd! nynerd.com is a fun blog that makes for a good escape from the drudgery of working. Watch interesting video clips, learn fascinating tidbits about stuff going on both in New York and around the world, and check out one nerd’s take on life in general.
A couple of notes I should make here.
1. A separate contest was held previously to help name the blog. Guess who won that contest? Yep, little ole me. So the domain name, nynerd.com was thought up by me. And yes, I won a link for doing so.
2. I came in third place (really tied for second) in the Pick’em contest. Not bad, considering I guessed at everything.
