Reinclusion is now Reconsideration

When did Google’s “reinclusion” request become a “reconsideration” request? I suppose when they decided to allow webmasters to beg for forgiveness for actions that resulted in penalties rather than outright bans, they realized the term needed to be changed. In any case, I was pleased to see the new terminology in Webmaster Central. It makes sense now.
