My SEO Dream Team

Rhea created a meme asking people to design your SEO Dream Team. Who would be on it? Melissa from seoaware tagged me on this one, so here goes. The rules say to choose up to 7 members of the ideal team. It’s definitely difficult to pare this down to only 7, but dem’s da rules. This would be my SEO dream team, because I know they know their stuff, and have been in the trenches.

Michael VanDeMar – Ok, he might be controversial at times, but the man is a freaking genius. Plus he’s my best bud, and can code with his eyes closed and all his limbs tied behind his back.

Reuben Yau – Reuben is a PPC mastermind, and I’d seriously need that.

Todd Malicoat – Todd is irresistable as a former bad boy gone good. Every team needs its own former bad boy.

Debra Mastaler – Link queen extraordinaire. This woman can conjure up backlinks without blinking.

Jim Boykin – Link king extraordinaire. No blinking from him either.

Kim Krause-Berg – Gotta have the usability goddess on board!

Bill Slawski – Somebody has to read (and understand) all those dang patents, and I’d rather it be the patent guru himself! Besides he’s just interesting to hang with.

If you ever want me to list the other 20 or 30 team members I’d love to have on my team, just let me know. Seven is not nearly enough!
