Case Study: Guest Blogging Stats
Over the last few months, I’ve been encouraging others to guest blog here on SEO Scoop. The idea is to draw attention to you and your blogs (or sites), and help build exposure for up-and-comers in the search marketing world. This is an on-going aspect of SEO Scoop, so if you are ever interested in guest posting, the offer is always open. But this post is here to point you to another blog post by a guy who was a guest blogger here recently. A few weeks ago, James Duthie wrote a guest post entitled SEO Isn’t Just For The Big Boys, and he’s now compiled a very interesting case study that shows exactly what benefits he has received since then from that guest blogging experience.
This is the first case study I’ve seen on guest blogging, although there are likely others out there that I’ve missed, but James has done a great job giving details about traffic, subscribers, new readers, links, and exposure. If you were wondering whether or not guest blogging was worth considering (here or elsewhere), go read Guest blogging - A real life case study. Great info, James!
After reading that case study, if you decide you want to guest blog here on SEO Scoop, just head on over to the informational post from a few weeks ago, and find out everything you need to know to participate.
For just a $5 tip, you can advertise your site or affiliate link on SEO Scoop. Find out how.
If you are the first to "discover" any of my posts in StumbleUpon, one of the following categories would probably be the most appropriate to place it into. You don't have to choose one of these, of course, but based on what I usually write about, there's a good chance any of my posts will fall into one of these categories.
Business * Computers * Computer Graphics * Computer Hardware * Computer Security * Databases * Ecommerce * Internet * Internet Tools * Linux/Unix * Marketing * Search * Self Improvement * Web development * Weblogs(Blogs) * Windows * Writing
