Stephen Pitts: Search Blogger of the Day
This is one of a series of posts in which I will be highlighting each member of the Search Bloggers list, with commentary on one of their posts (new or old). Look for this series to continue once or twice a week for the next couple of months.
Meet Stephen Pitts, the Search Blogger of the Day. Today I’d like to highlight a post that Stephen wrote a few months ago titled, Google Search within Search – User Assistance or Retailer Handicap? This topic was discussed a bit at the time by a few SEOs, but the hubbub died down fairly quickly. Our industry can often be like that. We quickly move on to the “next thing”, and forget about what interested us moments ago. So I’m curious about this particular topic. I wonder if Google is even still experimenting with this, or was it just a temporary thing? If it’s still around, I think we should all still be examining the questions that Stephen brings up. So, go read the post if you haven’t already (or refresh your memory if you have), and let’s continue the conversation…or tell me to end it if the situation no longer exists, and I just missed the final score.
