Meet Carl-Johan Hunefalk, the Search Blogger of the Day. Today I’d like to highlight a post titled, Social Media 2.0: Conversational Interfaces. We talk about social media and conversations all the time, but this post envisions a new type of online conversation that gives me visions of Star Trek. Read the post and then decide for yourself – how far off is this technology? When do you think we can really have conversational interfaces?
