But what if you used them to complement each other, wouldn’t that make things a lot easier? When it comes to SEO, sometimes it’s hard to know which keywords are the best ones to optimize for. This is where you can bring in PPC and specifically Adwords.

There’s a new Search jobs portal in town. Well, actually, it’s way across the big pond from me, over there in London, I think, but it serves the UK, USA and Canada, so that’s local enough for me! Paul Griffiths contacted me to let me know that SEO Vacancies Ltd. has launched an SEO, PPC and SEM jobs and careers portal for the Search Engine and New Media Industry.

An Adwords tool that Google does not provide

Reuben has created a nice little Adwords tool that counts the characters as you type in an Adwords ad. It also lets you preview the ad and copy it to the clipboard. Finally, it allows you to append Google Analytics tracking variables to the destination URL. Good stuff!
