Here’s my tool, written in PHP 4/5 (hope you don’t mind my self-plug). You’ll have to install it on your own server and its far from bug free but a few people over on GGWH found it useful:

I haven’t actively promoted it because of the bugs, and I don’t have the time to debug it right now, but someone might find it useful.
