Big Daddy rollout complete
Google’s Big Daddy rollout appears to have propogated through to all of the datacenters. What does this mean? First, it means some stabilization, as there won’t be such massive differences across dc’s in SERPs. But, more importantly, it means future changes will probably come fast and furiously.
For one thing, expect the PR update that has been “pending” for so long to roll out shortly. Although that is not a big deal, you can expect to see some major SERPs changes over the next few months, as the Big Daddy infrastructure is now ready for Google to make use of it. How will they make use of it? I have no idea, but I’d bet it’ll be significant. My guess? Look for a huge shakeup May-June.

If you are the first to "discover" any of my posts in StumbleUpon, one of the following categories would probably be the most appropriate to place it into. You don't have to choose one of these, of course, but based on what I usually write about, there's a good chance any of my posts will fall into one of these categories.
