Reputation Management Spreadsheet
I was reading an article in the latest AMA Marketing News publication in which they were discussing reputation management and how the online posts should be tracked. I took the information they gave and turned it into a simple spreadsheet. It’s nothing fancy, but hopefully, it will help you get started on the tracking process.
Of course, not everyone needs to track reputation management this closely, but if you want to track reputation trends or create rep “scores” based on positive/negative reviews, you’ll need to do more than just Google yourself now and then. I am sure there are SEOs out there who have much more sophisticated tools than this. Who knows…maybe they’ll read this and decide to share with all of you. But until then, here’s a quick, down-and-dirty Excel spreadsheet to get you started. I included “instructions” for each column within the spreadsheet, but of course you can adjust as needed. If you end up creating a much nicer version, how about sharing it with everyone? Download Reputation Manager spreadsheet here.

Sweet! Now you need to do an article about how to actually track clients rep!

Thanks Donna! This is something I have been intending to do for a long time…but that’s just it, it takes time.

Interesting idea, I think I might put a more ‘advanced’ version of this out there
